We are looking for Shipping Coordinator for Abu Dhabi, UAEMain Duties:?Coordinates efficient delivery of material to / from offshore installation (Drilling Rigs, Barges, Complexes, and Artificial Island and Island rigs) in a timely manner without compromising safety. Manage 24/7 shift duty (inclusive of weekend and public holidays).Receive, inspect, store and ship material as per the material?s technical specifications, quantity and physical condition.o Ensures full awareness to company HSE & QA policy, standards and procedures.o Update daily vessel movement according to fields and locations to end userso Ensure materials are delivered as per end user requirements and scheduled programo Arrange vessels for backload cargoes from offshore sites.o Ensure shared resources with shipping fleet for normal material supply movement, NAF operations for Jack up rigs and rig move operations.o Prepare and maintain statistical reports on daily, weekly, monthly and annually pertaining to utilization and cargo priorities mobilized. o Supervise vessel operations at company base with coordinating with cargo operations team and port operations.o Supervise vessel operations at offshore fields ensuring idle time is minimized to increase vessel turnaround time and productivity
