? Responsible for the effective settlements of corporate payments on daily basis.? Able to provide excellent customer service to corporate client/private client. ? Responsible for sending correct receipts to client.? Assigned to follow up the clients on their payments on time.? Monitoring 19 currencies of Delma Exchange in an efficient manner.? Verifying the deals on a daily basis to generate profit & loss reports.? Communicate with branches for any cheque/cash collection/delivery as per client request.? Monitoring client payments to the corporate bank account and consistently followup.? Preparing month end report for all currencies in each currency account.? Responsible for responding to correspondence/ answering phone call in a professional manner.? Efficiently communicating with the sales team and its clients to avoid errors in the trade confirmation.? Responsible for the preparation / verification of payment instructions through petty cash.? Responsible for maintaining client?s up to date statement of accounts.? Coordinating with compliance for getting approved before executing payments.? Supervising the team for payment verifications & trade confirmations.? Responsible for maintaining settled and outstanding trade details.? Responsible for allocation of inward funds to client account.? Coordinate with banks for payment amendment, recalls etc.? Responsible for maintaining up to date bank statement and match the material with trades, payments and receipts.
