We are looking for Service Manager - UPS for Abu Dhabi, UAE.Job main scope: Overall sales developmentResponsibilities:1. Responsible for delivery of department's customer satisfaction index, retention targets, service sales and gross profit and fix it right first time targets.2. To create services strategy.3. To identify training needs for the junior staff.4. Timely support to front office for smooth delivery of service to customers, follow ups concerns or cases required to meet the customer service index objective.5. To be involved in ensuring the standards are maintained and required support is provided.6. To provide weekly, monthly reports on the operations, competitor activities. 7. To prepare the budget plan for after sales service, incorporating the marketing or promotion activities decided for the brand. 8. To review progress of service jobs on a daily basis to ensure timely and quality of work and to resolve any critical issues or problems. 9. To ensure quality and consistency in the process of customer handling from the point of first meeting to the point when the project is handed over after servicing.10. To liaise with principals on appropriate level to ensure proper communication specially with regards to technical support, goodwill contributions and customer issues as they arise.11. To identify the development of talent amongst the team by conducting regular appraisals frame work.12. To positively contribute to the overall objective of aftersales with respect to the customer service index and profit objectives; and to the process of continuous improvement.13. To make sure the after sales support from suppliers(principals) and maintain the communication for the warranty/service issues on a daily basis,14. Responsible for conducting customer/client trainings and satisfaction of the product.
