Job Purpose:Provides customer service and technical support by delivering the highest level of End User service performance from Installation and in any critical 24X7 environment. Technical Responsibilities.1. Regular and timely plan preventive maintenance to meet Health Authority/Quality Control policies and regulations2. Regular and timely corrective actions for breakdown calls3. Application support for the technicians4. Develop a good customer relationship5. Selling and promotion of service contract for the different product handled6. Achieving the target revenue for the whole year.7. Selling and promotion of calibration material ( SCS1000)8. Installation of the product trained9. Attendance of the training when Scheduled / required.Administrative Responsibilities1. Timely filling of the weekly report2. To support the service coordinator in the preparation of the Health Authority/Quality Control documents for new installations.3. To update the database of instruments with the service coordinator4. Coordinating with Sales team regarding the technical information and pre installation site visit.5. Provide the commercial lead to the sales team
