KEY ACCOUNT ABILITIESQUALIFICATIONS :Educational, Qualification and Experiences:? Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences or any other related fields.? Good skills in networking ? Knowledge in MPLS networks.? Knowledge of market-leading LAN/WAN technology ? Hands-on experience of LAN/WAN, deployment and trouble-shooting.? Good Knowledge in Network security (Firewalls, WAF .etc.)? Knowledge in doing traffic analysis in IP networks? Good skills in network & Service Desk Operations ? Experience of IT Service Management within a company or government department? Experience of managing SLAs? Excellent knowledge of ITIL framework and understanding of all ITIL processes? Experience of Customer Relationship Management? Good communications ability with customers ? Ability to create and maintain good relationships with colleagues? Bi-lingual English and ArabicTrainings & Certifications Required:? CCNA and/or CCNP? ITIL Foundation Core Competencies Required: ? Network ( routing, switching and Security)?
