Job Description

Job purpose and Scope:Principal Accountabilities:?Ensure WIMS (Well Integrity Management System) guidelines are implemented by all fields in Offshore fields during the well life cycle.?Review the compliance to the WIMS standards in all fields and recommend areas of improvement to enhance compliance.?Provide Consultancy to define the well completion integrity assurance process for Well head and subsurface completion equipment for all island and offshore wells located in Offshore fields.?Provide guidance to well integrity program / procedure for diagnostics, and remedial / repair program for all island and offshore wells.?Review the annuli pressure behavior monitoring program, annulus pressure bleed off surveys, evaluation of survey results when consulted.?Analyze well integrity problems and recommend further investigative and/or cost effective corrective measures which could be Rig-less or Rig-based intervention.?Review the assessment report prepared by the field Well Integrity Engineer, ensure compliance to standards and proper coverage of all integrity aspects.?Provide consultancy for integrity assessment and adequacy of well construction envelope before conversion of well objective (e.g. production to injection and vice versa).?Review testing and preventive maintenance activities for all fields of Offshore to ensure compliance according to WIMS frequencies.?Carry out studies addressing specific operational integrity problems as assigned from time to time and prepare appropriate recommendations / action plan for immediate solution of such integrity problems.?Participate in HAZOP and Risk Assessment (RA) associated with well changes / problems that may have potential impact on well integrity.?Develop and maintain an overview of well integrity hotspots (high risk wells) for all Aoffshore fields?Ensure well integrity hotspots (high risk wells) for all fields are mapped for mitigation and reinstatement / P&A are planned as per the requirement/plan.?Provide guidance on the mitigation actions, based on well failure models / process and controls, well integrity life cycle requirements of the well and completion design.?Provide guidance to fields regarding well integrity life cycle requirements.?Review well completion design and advises its suitability for future well operating conditions.?Provide guidance to evaluate / assesse the cement quality/integrity and risk ranks them in terms of possible communication.?Provide recommendation for risk ranking of all non-integral wells based on the Company HSE matrix using scenario based risk assessment.?Provide guidance to the for using the WISER (Well Integrity Severity Evaluation and Ranking tool) tool for prioritizing the non-integral wells.?Review any MOC and/or dispensations to continue to operate wells that are deemed lower risk with appropriate mitigations. Keep track of such wells under dispensation in various fields and prepare a combined KPI.?Provide guidance to on Company Commercial Processes, including preparation of Invitation to Tender documents (e.g. preparing the technical specification and technical evaluation criteria), high quality Work Scopes, Service Orders and participate in bid evaluations when required.?Work in line with company HSE policy and rules, and participates in incident/accident investigations relevant to his/her assignments and responsibilities.?Provide monthly updates on the status of all the wells to on behalf of offshore.?Capture and share best practices amongst all fields?Review and update Well Integrity Standards from time to time based on new learnings/ best practices / guidance.?Participate in various audits and provide interface with Company
