Job Description

  • Run user research: stakeholder interviews/workshops, personas/use cases, journeys/IA, identify usability risks
  • Produce wireframes + high-fidelity prototypes; responsive web/mobile layouts; micro-interactions and behavioral states
  • Own design system governance: reusable components/patterns, documentation, standards, design-to-code alignment with frontend
  • Ensure WCAG compliance: contrast/typography/keyboard navigation; usability testing and iteration
  • Collaborate with product/engineering/QA; support implementation reviews; sprint planning and backlog clarification
  • Design within technical constraints and performance considerations (responsive breakpoints, avoid heavy UI patterns
