Lets talk!Job ResponsibilitiesCapable of reviewing civil deliverables including but not limited to the following:

  • Deliverables related to building layouts, utility layouts and parking layouts.
  • Layouts of the Architectural and Structural works
  • Details of the Architectural elements and structural elements such as Concrete buildings and steel buildings
  • Layouts and details of the substations and details
  • Layouts and details of the potable water, fire water, sewer and storm water pump stations structures
  • Typical and standard details
  • Civil design basis reports
  • Civil Specifications
  • Compound wall, fence and gates
  • Topography survey layouts
  • Earthwork and grading drawings
Ensuring the deliverables are coordinated with the other disciplinesCompliance to Authority standards and specificationsPerforms other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university
  • Minimum 10 years buildings experience with at least 5 years work in the UAE in a similar position.
  • Possess knowledge of the Authority requirements and standards.
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to participate in a multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural engineering team.
  • Commitment to safe work practices
  • Ability to coordinate and meet with the Designers, Contractors and Authorities.
