? B.Sc. or equivalent degree in Process and/or Chemical Engineering and/or in Loss PreventionEngineering from an accredited university with minimum 15 years relevant experience in the oil and gas industry including 10 years of lead process safety engineering experience in major oil/gas project. ? Fully familiar with international health, safety and environmental standards and guidelines as well as local specific requirements to be applied for major oil/gas processing facilities during design, engineering construction and commissioning.? Must have been involved in safety, HAZOP reviews during Front End Engineering Design phase and Detailed Engineering, Procurement and Construction phase of similar projects.? Experience shall include conduct of all safety reviews HAZID, ENVID, HSE studies HSEIA, Risk assessment, F&G studies and detailed engineering.
