? Create design proposals of Chemical plants? Evaluate design proposals from third parties ? Instruct contractors and teams ? Evaluate the integration between design options of sub plants and associated utilities? Participate in the optimization of the overall design ? Create Capex assessments of various design proposals Evaluate the consequences of design options on project feasibility, schedule and cost? Review tendering strategies and tender proposals?
