Monitor, Control. Rectify and Report functions listed below, within his plant, to ensurecompliance with HSE, operating standards and operating procedures:o Activities carried out by operators and Assistant operators in accordance with establishedprograms and instructions.o Activities by Performers such as maintenance teams, inspection and project execution.o Proper performance of plant and equipment.o Leads firefighting operations in his area until taken over by high authority.o Operating parameters, Specifications and Quality.o HSE and Housekeeping.Lead a team of operators and assistant operators to carry out operational activities to maximizeplant uptime, ensure production volumes and quality targets are met and ensure plant integrity:o Startup/ shutdown/permutation of equipment and systems.o Trouble shooting and rectification.o Integrity activities such as pigging, chemical injection and integrity checks.o Preparation and isolation of plant / equipment for maintenance, project work and inspection.o Open ePTW after making sure that all safety precautions prescribed in the permit are fulfilledand closely follow the job. Close ePTW after checking the equipment for correct operationwhen maintenance work is completed or after inspection.
