As the head of health and employee benefits you will be responsible for the strategic growth of EB portfolio as well as overseeing the management and operations of existing portfolio. We are a UAE based Insurance Broker/Financial Services company with international presence. We specialize in all lines including life and investments. We are fully regulated by Insurance authority as well as SCA in UAEKey aspects of the role are: 1. Strategic planning: for expansion of business in UAE as well as entering new international locations. 2. Streamline operations: provide best in class service to the existing front line staff. 3. People management: oversee day to day management of operations team. 4. Business development: plan and acquire new distribution channels in UAE and internationally. 5. Manage provider relationship in UAE and develop new ones. 6. work along with the front line staff (Advisors and Team Managers) to grow business through them. 7. Technology and IT: develop and manage IT infrastructure to provide smooth operational support. To be successful in this role you must have: - At least 15 years of overall EB experience with minimum 10 years in UAE. - Excellent rapport with the key staff at the provider staff in UAE. - Excellent operations and people management skills.
