Focal Point of all Control and Instrumentation works and manage all maintenance and plant modification works within time and budget.Support and provide technical expertise for all Maintenance related problems and their feasible solutions in timely workable manner for offshore and onshore Operations and Maintenance teams.Review FAT/SAT procedures, witnessing tests, Installation, testing, commissioning at site, As-built documents and identifying spare parts requirement.Requirements:Shall have the background of Instrumentation, Control and automation with at least Twenty-Five (25) years of experience in offshore Oil field, out of which Ten (10) years in senior position.Should have very good experience in preparation of engineering packages for upgrading/replacement of Control System and Instrumentation packages like DCS, ESD, F&G, Electrical and HVAC controls comprising specifications, datasheets, MTO, tie-in schedules and various layout drawings and shall administer contracts as per company policy and procedures.Must have a very good experience and knowledge of Operations and Controls of offshore ESP oil wells.Must have working experience and knowledge of Operation, Maintenance, Calibration and Site proving of Custody Metering systems. Should be experience in Maintenance and Trouble-shooting of Westin house make Numalogic Control systems.Should have experience in sizing calculation of Control Valves, Flow elements, Safety valves, usage of Instrucal / ISO 5167 software.Should have good knowledge of using API RP 520, ISA 76.0X, FCI 70?2.Should have very good experience is maintenance and troubleshooting of Control s stems for Power Generation using Gas Turbines.Must have good working experience with Siemens ?LPCS systems for DCS, Fire & Gas and Safety systemsMust have working experience of Programmable Logic Controllers like Allen-Bradley, Schneider, ICS Triplex etc.
