BE in Mechanical Engineering, with minimum 10 to 15 years of HVAC Maintenance experience. PPM Schedules and provide technical support for HVAC Supervisors, Foreman and Technicians to meet service demands and customers' expectations. Experience in CAFM System.Role and Responsibilities: Supervise one Engineer and two supervisor and three to seven HVAC foremen.Ensure client complaints are resolved properly. Manages HVAC spare parts and consumable materials.Plans repairs, overhauls of HVAC equipment and systems. Conducts general inspections to ensure quality and sites readiness Evaluates HVAC equipment and systems performance and takes necessary actions. Plans, follows up, and ensures implementation of PPM and quality management system. Ensure that maintenance activities and installations are preformed safely.Assist in setting the estimation of the extra additional works.Prepare the method of statement and risk assessment for all maintenance activities.Carry out regular audits to confirm the continuity of the operation as agreed with the customer and identify the major issuesIssuing the monthly report for preventive maintenance during the month.Good computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook)Good command of English Language.
