Primary ResponsibilitiesPrepare effective contract and procurement management processPrepare required contracts, agreements and any other associated document with service and material providers.Conduct efficient contract and procurement management including but not limited to pre-qualification, tender process including bid evaluations and negotiations, post award administrations including PO/SO/CO/resolutions submissions, invoice management and control and all required communications and negotiations with service and material providers, with an objective of providing cost and time effective deliveries of all required services and materials to operations.Conduct cost management and control related to contracts and agreements.Coordinate closely with material and service providers for smooth material delivery including permits, import/export and custom clearance issues.Prepare work program and budget, internal and external reporting documents related to contract and procurement management.Ensure the compliance to all applicable laws and regulations, while meeting with business and operational requirements.Qualifications/ ExperienceUniversity graduate or equivalentMinimum 10 years of experience in Oil and Gas Industry.Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil and Gas Company in Abu Dhabi.Ability to identify, analyze and resolve complex problems and to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.Full understanding of HSE importance in planning and executing projects.Full understanding of the importance of the compliance to laws and regulations. Strong communication skills.Good inter-personnel skills.Proactive approach.Ability to work within a multicultural environment.Good written and spoken Arabic language skills
