Roles & ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate electrical construction activities for oil & gas EPC projects.Review electrical drawings, specifications, method statements, and construction procedures.Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, project requirements, and HSE regulations.Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, commissioning, and subcontractor teams.Monitor installation of electrical equipment, cable systems, substations, transformers, switchgears, and lighting systems.Conduct site inspections and resolve construction-related technical issues.Track project progress and support timely completion of construction milestones.Participate in testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.Prepare progress reports and support project documentation requirements.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in electrical engineering.15+ years of relevant experience in the oil & gas sector5 years in GCC region5 years of experience in similar positionExtensive experience in Oil & Gas pipeline construction projectsStrong knowledge of pipeline installation, welding, testing, and commissioningExperience in EPC/EPCM project environmentsIn-depth understanding of HSE requirements and industry codes/standardsProven leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
