It?s an exciting time to be joining the SNC Lavalin family in the UAE, as we continue to experience significant growth within our Resources sector. Because of the growth in PMC project work we are looking to speak to candidates who have significant experience delivering major PMC projects within the Oil & Gas sector, both onshore and offshore.Basic Function and Scope:Works in all phases (Pre-FEED/FEED/EPC) of the Contract from contract formulation through to administration to post contract claims support. Works with contracting strategy, pre-qualification of bidders and contract implementation.Responsibilities:Participate in and contributes to the development of project contract strategies and plans.Interface with Project Management, Engineering, Project Controls, Risk Management, Legal, Tax, Treasury, HSE, QA/QC and other stakeholders as required.Develops the projects Contracts administration procedures and Coordinate insurance, finance, tax, legal, HSE, etc.Coordinate and implement cross project contracting knowledge to add value and minimize cost and risk to projects.
