You know what makes sense for what you need to do, and thats why it makes sense for you to contact us today.What Youll Be Doing:Capable of reviewing deliverables including but not limited to the following:

  • Deliverables related to building layouts, utility layouts and parking layouts.
  • Layouts of the Architectural and Structural works
  • Details of the Architectural elements and structural elements such as Concrete buildings and steel buildings
  • Layouts and details of the substations and details
  • Layouts and details of the potable water, fire water, sewer and storm water pump stations structures
  • Typical and standard details
  • Civil design basis reports
  • Civil Specifications
  • Compound wall, fence and gates
  • Topography survey layouts
  • Earthwork and grading drawings
Ensures the deliverables are coordinated with the other disciplinesEnsures compliance to Authority standards and specifications.Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.What Required Skills Youll Bring:
  • Degree in Architecture from a reputable university
  • Minimum 20 years experience in buildings with at least 10 years working in the UAE in a similar position.
  • Possess knowledge of the Authority requirements and standards.
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to participate in a multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural engineering team.
  • Commitment to safe work practices
  • Ability to coordinate and meet with the Designers, Contractors and Authorities.
