We are looking for Senior Architect,? 10+ years of experience, completed several full successful projects (Residential, Schools, Hospitality, Industrial, etc..)? Bachelor Degree in Architecture.? BIM Experience is a must.? Manage the design process from inception through concept, schematic design, detail design to ensure quality and client satisfaction.? Design development & coordination with related disciplines.? Illustrate the design presentation, reports, models & conformity upon material selection, specification to achieve the target cost.? Develop budgets and schedules to meet project objectives as well as value engineering principles.? Organize the sub?consultant services and confirm their scope of work during the design stages & their contract agreement.? Quality assurance with design disciplines and production documentation.?
