Daily based checking insurance and cash and card collection? Day to day Transaction posting to Accounting Software?Deposit of cash and cheques in bank daily basis ? Submitting daily report & Monthly report to the management ? Preparation of aging report ( Debtors & Creditors )? Control of accounts receivables (AR) and accounts payable (AP)? Preparation of fund flow & Cash flow statement ? Maintaining cash book, Bank book, Ledgers. ? Maintaining purchase report , Stock report & consumption ? Payroll processing, WPS document preparation & validation ? Preparing cheques for credit invoice of vendors ? To ensure proper credit billing and collection ? Maintain a filing system for all financial documents ? Assist various department in accounting issues queries? Monthly doctors incentive calculation? Maintaining loan repayment schedules ? Analysis of salary, revenue, consumption & expenses variation ? Remittance Management? Handling Insurance company?s receivables & rejection tracking ? Informing insurance depart to modifying the rejection & resend ? Follow up receivable amount from insurance company?s ? Insurance Reconciliation (Receivables) ? Bank reconciliation?
