Abengoa is seeking a Security ?Managerfor its Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) area, to be incorporated in one of their projects located in Dubai.?The main responsibilities are:? Developed, updated, and enforced security policies and procedures including the following.? Implement a Security protocol onsite in compliance with Project security Plan, , and Security regulations.? Ensured compliance with UAE regulations and state laws.? Develop and provide security training for employees and managers.? To clarify and resolve any Security issue to the Project staff.? To manage the security subcontractor onsite.? To perform periodical reporting.? To provide support in emergency cases: coordination with Labor Authority, and other government bodies.? Ensure company property and control access of it, key and key registration? Enforce discipline and report, warn or counsel on incidents of indiscipline observed as appropriately.? Walkie Talkies and/or radio communication, CCTV equipment, Gate pass and Security Passes knowledge procedure.? Security Desk Occurrence book and internal report to EHS Manager.? Good conducted certificate and clearance certificate.Requirements? At least 5 years of experience as Security Supervisor in UAE (Industrial assembling)? Security Supervisor course certificate ?(Licence ?registration on Security Industry Regulation Agency (SIRA) ,? Age range between 30 to 40 years.? Physically and mentally FIT? First aid and emergency response certificates.? A proficiency level of English and Arabic will be required.? High computer skills (Office, Internet?)?
