About the Role:We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented Security Control Room Operator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will monitor CCTV and security systems, coordinate incident response, and ensure the safety and security of our facilities 24/7.Responsibilities:Monitor live CCTV feeds and record any suspicious activityOperate and manage security control room systems and alarmsDispatch and coordinate field security personnel in response to incidentsMaintain accurate logs of all security events and system activitiesConduct routine checks and maintenance tests on surveillance and alarm equipmentEscalate critical incidents to management and external emergency services as requiredEnsure compliance with all local safety and security regulationsParticipate in shift handovers and brief incoming operators on ongoing incidentsSkillsRequired Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience as a CCTV Operator or Security Control Room OperatorProficiency with CCTV systems, access control, and alarm monitoring technologiesStrong situational awareness and ability to remain calm under pressureExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalentPreferred Qualifications:Formal certification in security operations or CCTV technologyExperience working in Abu Dhabi or UAE security environmentFamiliarity with local regulatory standards and emergency response protocolsBasic knowledge of networked security systems and IP camerasFluency in English and Arabic
