Preparing Plans for scaffolding job erection and dismantling activities in site & client required Preparing of scaffolding Method statements.Preparing Drawing for scaffolds if it is required . Designing and adopting training program for scaffold Forman technician and helpers to carry out the job with safe way from all at scaffold training school. Supervising and controls scaffolding management system for all scaffolding activities for site. Estimate & Quantities and making quotations for manpower and materials for all external work. Submit the scaffolding plans weekly report to Manager. Evaluate technical & commercial offers submitted by scaffolding material suppliers. Managed Technical & Commercial tenders in scaffolding & rigging work. Communicating with the project work supervisors to ensure the execution procedures of the project activities are safely done with satisfaction. Assure the safety of personnel and materials through compliance with occupational HSE regulations to prevent accidents and preserve environment according to international regulation codes.
