Role Overview: Techno Functional consultant is expected to generate knowledge about the current business process, design current business flows, study current business processes and its complication, Flow diagrams and DFD are prepared, most of the time in Vision format, all this forms the part of AS IS document. Everything configured has to be documented as per their categories in the form of predefined templates, these have to be then approved by the team leads or whoever the consultant is reporting to. Mapping and GAP analysis need to be done for each module, Before starting configuring future business processes in SAP, the DFD/ERD are prepared, this documentation is called TO BE, which can be also said as the result of mapping and gap analysis. Sometimes Functional consultants are also expected to prepare test scripts for testing the configured scenarios. End user manual and user training is also expected from techno Functional Consultants. Core responsibilities of the role include: ? Assisted project manager in handling internal ERP implementation, integration, support and enhancement of SAP Business One project. ? Hands on in working with business users in understanding the requirements and determine technical solutions and ability to support business needs. ? Designing and maintaining business processes and documentation. ? Defining and documenting requirements for software customization and custom reports. ? Conducting training / hand-holding sessions with Key-Users and to guide them to troubleshoot the system to resolve software issues or problems. Required experiences and competencies include:? Bachelor?s Degree in information technology or Business related. ? 3-year experience in SAP Business One systems, either internally in an IT organization or externally with a consulting firm. ? Experience in implementing SAP Business One is required. ? Overall Core experience on SAP Business One SDK using VB.net and HANA Service Layer. ? Hands on development experience in handling 3 Complete Addon Developments. ? Hands on Experience of Crystal Report, SQL and HANA Analytics. ? Knowledge of building fiori apps for SAP B One. ? Knowledge of Standard and Lightweight Addon Creations. ? Knowledge of SQL and HANA Basic and Advanced Queries.
