Drive sales performance by motivating the team to meet or exceed sales targets.

Assist the Store/Area Manager with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and securing the store.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.
Build strong relationships with customers, offering personalized service and product recommendations and promote customer loyalty programs and encourage repeat business.
Handle customer complaints and issues with a focus on satisfactory resolution .
Track daily sales performance and report on key metrics to the Store/Area Manager and assist in preparing sales reports for management review.
