Restructuring the existing operating model of Retail in order to facilitate the achievement of the organization?s strategic objectives.Fully responsible and accountable for the P&L of the Retail business.Space planning based on category sales and profitability contributions, showroom layouts and formats, and seasonalityPlanning and implementing marketing plans for the Retail Business.Monitor ATL and BTL marketing implementations.Should design and implement promotional schemes and also launch new products in the territory.Evaluating training needs for the retail sales force and ensure that the necessary product trainings and soft skills training are being delivered when deemed necessary.Responsible for achieving sales and collection targets in the given territory and for managing Company Showrooms, Dealers and Hospitality Customers.Meeting P&L requirements by managing / optimizing sales and sales opportunities, optimizing margins.Managing timely procurement of stocks, and ensuring timely deliveries.
