With global sourcing across Europe, China, and India, we combine cost-efficiency with technical expertise to provide smart, solution-driven support that boosts performance and minimizes downtime.Reporting Authority - Regional Sales Head/DirectorKey Responsibilitiesú Visit steel/cement plants, factories, and industrial clients regularly to build strong relationships with procurement, maintenance, and technical teamsUnderstand client pain points, operational challenges, and requirements not just sell products, but position the company as a solution providerConvince clients to purchase from our company by highlighting industry knowledge, technical understanding, and value-added solutionsIdentify opportunities where clients are facing issues (breakdowns, inefficiencies, high costs) and propose suitable equipment or alternativesConvert inquiries into confirmed ordersNegotiate within the targeted pricing, delivery timelines, and commercial terms with clientsEnsure correct product selection based on client application and requirementEnsure timely delivery of materials to client site or warehouse without delaysHandle client complaints, technical concerns, and after-sales support professionallyMaintain strong long-term relationships to secure repeat businessKeep track of market trends, competitor activities, and pricing in the industriesSubmit daily/weekly reports on client visits, inquiries, orders, and business development activitiesDesired Candidate ProfileWe are looking for a hands-on, field-oriented Sales Manager to independently handle clients and drive business growth in the steel and cement industries.
