Job Description

Job Title : Sales ManagerDepartment: Sales &MarketingLocation: UAE, Abu DhabiResponsibilities?

  • Assist in developing and implementing plans and goals for the Sales Department. Working with the Sales Director to coordinate and supervise daily operations.
  • provide quotations on a timely and efficient manner.
  • Organize activity of sale contracts review, and be responsible for the sales work, keeping the relevant records of the product delivery.
  • Coordinate between clients, Sales Director, and General Manager.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
  • Seriously deal with the relevant matters of the client email letters and phone calls. Urgently report to the Department Manager about the complaints from customers which are beyond his treatment.
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the companys customer base and ensures its strong presence in the market.
  • Establish new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedules.
  • Identify current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Prepare cost estimates by studying all related customer documents, consult with sales team, and other professional personnel.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Develop and maintain database of all enquiries.
  • Coordinate with raw material suppliers to ensure current pricing available. Work within Company policies.
  • Shall be aware of the HSE policy and HSEMS as applicable to their allocated tasks, as well as operating procedures, method statements, permit to work system and other HSE controls.
  • Contributes to departmental efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Requirements?
  • Good health.
  • Good communication and coordination skills in English and Arabic.
  • A bachelors degree or above in marketing, law or related major.
  • At least 3-5 years experience in oil and gas industry in UAE; strong communication skills and can-do attitude for solving problems.
  • Have rich experience in marketing planning, familiar with the development status of the industry market, and have excellent marketing skills and market operation ability.
