Roles & ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales growth.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and service solutions.Negotiate contracts and close sales within approved commercial guidelines.Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities to identify business opportunities.Follow up on client inquiries, proposals, and post-service satisfaction.Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates.Represent the company professionally at client meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions.Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and service standards.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.Minimum 2?5 years of sales experience in the Catering, Hospitality, F&B, or Events industry.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.Valid UAE driving license is preferred.Professional appearance with a positive attitude and strong commercial acumen.
