1. Able to acquire new customers by visiting project sites or offices.2. Introduce the company's services and materials we sell and follow up potential customers.3. Review designs and makes the necessary calculation and prepare costing and estimation sheet for the inquiry of customers.4. Review shop drawings and material submittals to ensure quality control of mechanical works.5. Prepare tender documentation specification and BOQ.6. Coordinate with the Technical Manager and Sales Coordinator.7. Develop the MP system requirements for the project and ensure it respects and matches the project needs and requirements8. Communicate with construction managers on issues in related to installations of materials in the site and other technical issues.9. Supervise the installation works on the site as per requirement.10. Perform site inspections from time to time to ensure that the installation works during the construction phase is acceptable as per standard code.11. Provide comprehensive documentation of the equipment and materials.12. Attend meetings with suppliers, clients, and other parties related to work.13. Perform general clerical duties and other ad hoc activities as and when required.14. Ensure compliance with Secure?s Quality and Environment, Health & Safety policy.15. Work closely with Consultants / Contractors for all site related matters and evaluation of incoming problems. 16. Reviewing of drawings and technical submittals.
