We are seeking a dynamic and motivated sales/business development executive with a minimum 5 years UAE experience to join our team.Previous experience within the media industry will be preferred but not essential. The executive will be responsible for selling a full array of products and services. The executive will be responsible for opening new accounts, growing business with existing customer accounts and meeting sales goals/targets.Requirements:? Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings? Plan and oversee new sales initiatives? Contact clients to inform them about new developments in the company?s products? Develop sales goals and ensure they are met? Identifying and mapping sales strengths and customer needs? Researching sales opportunities and viable income streams? Following industry trends locally and internationally? Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification.? Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services.? Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients.? Ensuring sales support to the clients.? Understand the local market and strive to secure new customers and build a prospect database.? Be comfortable with solid and prompt communication ability including diligence in following-up on requests? Build and maintain effective referral relationships to maximize referral opportunities? Deliver effective sales presentations, including the drafting of proposals for customers, & periodic business reviews to management.? An excellent team player, proactive and knows when and how to take initiative.? Respond to incoming Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative manner.? Understanding the prospect?s business needs and work with the expert teams to deliver solutions.? Represent the company at industry events, including round tables, speaking forums and new business events
