Job Description Sales Target Achievement ? Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. Conversion Rate ? Percentage of customers who make a purchase after being assisted. Average Transaction Value (ATV) ? Increase the average value of each sale. Units Per Transaction (UPT) ? Increase the number of items sold per customer. Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) ? Receive positive customer feedback and maintain high service standards. Upselling & Cross-selling Rate ? Successfully recommend additional or higher-value products. Product Knowledge ? Demonstrate strong knowledge of products and promotions. Stock Replenishment Accuracy ? Ensure shelves are well-stocked and products are correctly displayed. Inventory Accuracy ?
