o Implement HSE plan and procedures applicable to the project.o Inspect all site activities, tools and equipment for the project, verify that is done according to safety regulations. o Enforcing the general safety rules, specific rules established for the project.o Identify root causes of the accident, incident and near miss and taking corrective and preventive actions.o Recording and reporting the working injuries, the lodging and the catering conditions.o Monitor the works carried out with PTW and ensure all compliances are in place.o Establishing and analyzing health and safety statistics.o Develop a safety program to fit job and local government requirements and to monitor the status and progress of the program.o Making frequent and unscheduled inspection of work in progress, and reporting hazards of unsafe practices.o Planning, conducting monthly safety meetings and ensuring that safety meeting are rigorously applied in terms of equipment procedures and job content.o Ensure that employees follow prescribed procedures and use prescribed equipment.o Maintain the safety records and ensure posting of notices relating to safety.
