JOB LOCATION : ABU DHABI (UAE)Mandatory-STEEL INDUSTRY BACKGROUND? To manage all aspects of the roll stand build to meet the HSM program requirements.? To carryout final checks of the roll & tackle build to ensure the highest standards have been achieved during the build process. ? To manage all aspects of guide inspection repair & fitting.? To order any spares that may be required for the effective maintenance of the guide, roll build, water sprays & chocks.? To carryout final checks & testing on the water spray system prior to the rolls entering the mill.? To maintain the highest possible safety standards in the area by planning the housekeeping requirements & organizing the resource to carry out the work.? Submit a detailed roll build report covering all aspects of the operation & requirements for future build. ? The highest standard of Health & Safety is required & this will be measured against the overall shift performance.
