Job Description

Title:Risk ManagerJob RequirementKBR is looking for a Risk Manager with Project execution experience to be based in Abu Dhabi and flexible to travel/relocate temporarily to other locations for a PMC project.Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Focal point and subject matter expert (SME) for project risk and contingency management
  • Interface with Project Delivery BG (Business Group) leaders to ensure risk and contingency management practices are adhered to as SME
  • Provide independent facilitation of risk workshops on selected projects where required.
  • Execute independent QRA risk analysis on selected projects where required.
  • Develop and maintain project risk and contingency management procedures, processes, and tools at the BU (Business Unit) management system level to drive consistent delivery execution.
  • Lead and support training, development, and competency of risk management resources
  • Assurance of risk activities on projects
  • Involvement in tender review process where necessary
  • Project Delivery interface with Group Risk Manager to ensure alignment.
Experience required:
  • Bachelors Degree in engineering is a must.
  • Should have a minimum of 20+ years of experience in oil & gas industry.
  • Experience in previous Onshore Oil & Gas projects is a must.
  • FEED experience is a must.
  • PMC experience is an added advantage.
  • Middle East experience required.
