Key Responsibilities? Develops and proposes Business Risk Management (BRM) strategy, structure, policy, procedure and framework for approval.? Implements the BRM strategy, structure, policy, procedure and framework.? Facilitates regular identification and assessment of potential strategic, financial, operational and compliance risks.? Develops systems to facilitate risk mitigation, monitoring and risk improvement, primarily through risk reporting, key risk indicators monitoring, incident reporting, representation in various committees, audits of selected risk areas, risk escalation process, co-ordination with internal controls, internal audit, corporate planning, HSE, etc.? Evaluation of mitigation measures.? Liaises closely with the Internal Audit function to update the risk registers and devise a risk auditing program, based on the information reflected in the audit report.? Ensures the risk management training is conducted at appropriate levels within the Departments to cultivate a risk management culture.? Continually improves Risk Management activities.Qualification Required? Master's/Bachelor's degree in Risk Management/ Accounting/ Auditing, from an internationally recognized institution.? Relevant degrees/certificates in audit, fraud, and internal controls will be an added advantage.? Sound knowledge of risk management leading practices and COSO Risk Management Framework/ ISO 31000.Experience Required? Minimum 7 years of experience in dredging / civil marine industry.? Previous experience in the areas of Risk Management, Internal Audit and Compliance.NOTE: Arabic candidates are preferred.
