We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is fluent in Arabic and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets. Preference will be given to female candidates due to business needs and customer demographics.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and provide a warm, professional shopping experience.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.Demonstrate product features, benefits, and promotions.Achieve individual and store sales targets.Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and organized.Monitor stock levels and report replenishment requirements.Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.Support inventory counts and stock management.Follow company policies and procedures at all times.SkillsMinimum 1?3 years of retail sales experience.Fluent in Arabic (mandatory).Good command of English.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Sales-driven with excellent negotiation and closing abilities.Positive attitude and professional appearance.Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
