These skills include, but are not limited to, the ability to present research plans and findings in a convincing style, both in oral and written modes of communication, and the ability to establish contacts and network with colleagues pursuing a similar research agenda.Detailed DescriptionStrategic ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for laboratory/field tests for the simulation of tire-pavement interaction and the prediction of the influence of test wheel temperature on skid resistance measurementsOperational Responsibilities? Measurement of physical/morphological properties and mechanical behavior of local paving materials.? Skid resistance and rolling resistance measurements in the lab as well as on the field test sections in Abu Dhabi.Job RequirementsRequired Qualifications? BSc on Civil/Pavement Engineering.Required Experience? Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in laboratory experiments in Pavement Engineering.
