Manage and support the Head / Unit Head to grow the asset book by the acquisition of new customers & by enhancing existing relationships.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNT ABILITIES 1.Ensure overall assigned portfolio targets are met.2.Ensure targeted percentage of portfolio mix i.e. between CASA and Term Deposit is achieved.3.Identify target customers both locally within the region in order to establish a basis for potential business.4.Achieve fairly priced deposit to support assets growth by complying with Central Bank guidelines.5.Establish and maintain good relationships with key potential clients, and develop these into successful, ongoing business relationships.6.Acquire new portfolio to maximize sales performance to achieve revenue targets through asset products. 7.Ensue asset mobilization over a large number of accounts to minimize concentration risk and volatility in the portfolio8.Expands revenue by marketing new products and services to existing and new clients. 9.Continuously benchmark competition, track market developments in order to keep abreast of the competition10.Ensure the objectives are met within Bank policies, procedures, strategies and maintain coordination with internal units of the bank.
