Requirement:To support the ABS Group Inc. in Abu Dhabi with the registration, pre-qualification and renewal with existing and new clients, and the preparation and submission of proposals. RoleThe role is in two parts;(1) Making and administering new and existing (renewal/update) registration applications to and pre-qualifications with Government and private entities for all ABS Group services. This will include providing support to the teams, being the first point of contact for all registration and pre-qualification matters, responding to email, written and phone enquiries, and meeting the registration/pre-qualification staff at the external companies/entities. (2) For SRC team proposals, to coordinate the collective efforts of the team to identify, collect, collate and submit the proposal documents in accordance with the tender instructions from clients. Ensure quality of the submissions; no gaps/omissions/duplications, and full compliance with client requirements. Maintain full record of all documentation and correspondence for all proposals in the shared drive folder allocated. Ensure legal reviews are carried out of client terms and conditions.
