Recruitment SpecialistJob Location : Abu Dhabi, UAEKey Responsibilities:•Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our organization•Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals•Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the company•Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process•Conduct reference and background checks for selected candidates•Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer letter and onboarding•Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies•Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure a competitive edge in hiring top talent•Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidatesRequirements:•Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field•Minimum of 8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the UAE•Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills•Proven ability to effectively source and attract top talent•Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English & Arabic)•Experience in the transportation, logistics, or construction industry is highly desirable
