We are seeking to hire an Recruiter/ Recruitment officer for group of companies where we operate extensively.-Technical Recruitment of highly experienced and qualified manpower for In house as well as various external projects.-Hold Weekly meetings with Project managers & Department Heads to Understand the manpower requirements of different engineering teams and Departments. -Sourcing and Headhunting CVs through network/ LinkedIn/ naukrigulf/ Indeed / Bayt / Oil&gas Search. -Submitting suitable profiles of candidates to the department head for review. -Coordinate with Project Managers / Department Heads and Set Up Face to Face / Telephonic / Skype Interviews with Shortlisted Candidates. -Salary & benefits negotiations and preparation of Formal Offers. -Collection of all required documents from candidates like passport copies, educational certificates, police clearance, photographs, etc for work permit & visa processing.-Building and maintaining the network with candidates.
