Job Description

  • Operates various office machines such as copiers, scanners, phones, and personal computers, along with other standard office equipment.
  • Answers and directs phone calls to appropriate personnel, and takes and relays messages.
  • Copies, sorts, and files records pertaining to office activities, business transactions, and other relevant matters.
  • Prepares letters, memos, forms, and reports accurately based on written or verbal instructions.
  • Maintains filing systems, whether manual or electronic, to ensure efficient organization and retrieval of documents.
  • Completes assigned tasks and other related duties as required.
  • Provides accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
  • Types and maintains accounting documents and records with high accuracy.
  • Assists and supports the audit team as needed.
  • Conducts research, tracks, and resolves accounting or documentation discrepancies.
  • Informs management and compiles reports/summaries on activity areas as necessary.
  • Adheres to established standards, procedures, and applicable laws.
  • Manages and reconciles petty cash for both the company and clients.
