Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare annual budgets and forecasts based on thorough analysis of financial data.
Perform costing analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis to assess potential outcomes.

Lead and execute internal audit activities to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Develop and maintain an effective MIS to provide timely and accurate financial information to management.
Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and financial metrics.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.

Manage VAT and corporate tax compliance, including timely filing and payment of taxes.
Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and implement necessary adjustments.

Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
