Preparation and implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP).
Preparation and coordination of Method Statements for construction activities.
Development and submission of Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) for client/consultant approval in accordance with TAQA Transmission requirements.
Preparation and control of welding documentation including WPS, PQR and WQT.
Monitoring and control of material quality processes, including Material Inspection Reports (MIR), Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
Coordination and management of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities.
Preparation and maintenance of welding traceability records, including weld logs and weld maps.
Ensuring all inspection and testing activities comply with project specifications and procedures approved by TAQATransmission.
