Roles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) plans tailored for civil engineering projects in Abu Dhabi's unique construction environment.Conduct rigorous site inspections and material testing to ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations (e.g., ADM, Estidama), and international standards.Review and approve technical submittals, method statements, and shop drawings, verifying their adherence to design intent and quality requirements.Manage and coordinate the activities of the QC inspection team, assigning tasks and ensuring timely and accurate reporting of findings.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in QA/QC roles within the civil construction sector, preferably in the UAE.Possession of relevant certifications such as CSWIP, NEBOSH, or ASNT Level II is highly advantageous.Proficiency in understanding and applying international standards (e.g., ACI, ASTM, BS) and local Abu Dhabi regulations (ADM, Estidama).
