Reporting To: Lead Property ManagerThe role is to be the lead in a prestigious project in Abu Dhabi. This will involve tenant liaison, lease management, rental management, service charge reporting and management and running the property management system. The candidate will deal with any tenant inquiries relating to the residential and commercial towers and how they can benefit from the additional services within the mixed use development. The candidate will be responsible for liaising with the Accounts Department to ensure that all tenants receive and pay their rent and other invoices. Will direct communication to the tenants to notify them of any changes in policy, assist with the issuing of access control cards, car parking passes and to ensure that the property management team has correct and up to date contact information. The candidate will be the lead person overseeing and managing Fit out activities including LOD?s, design review, fit out coordination. Retail unit?s tenant?s design review through the approval as per the design and fit out coordination process Retail units premises tenants fit-out coordination process and implementation as per the design. Managing the entire life cycle of the fit out process.The candidate will also be the lead person overseeing and managing the Facilities Management activities (hard and soft services). The candidates must have prior exposure and knowledge in Integrated Facilities Management activities and processes.Skills required:-Experience of using a property management system, preferably Yardi Voyager-Excellent Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint-Fluent in English (verbal and written)-Excellent communication skills-Excellent customer service skills
