Having full awareness of real estate industry, current market situation and future indications. ? Ensures high level of Customer service ? Identifying the needs of the prospective tenants in order to provide the best service and present properties in a professional way. ? Advise clients on suitable and matching properties for their requirements ? Meeting with prospective tenants and take them on tours of the units that interest them. ? Preparation and collection of required lease-related paperwork (internally & externally). ? Maintains and develops business with prospect and existing tenants ? Assisting and consulting clients throughout the buying or leasing process by providing them with updated and accurate market information. ? Taking pictures for available units for advertising purposes. ? Following up with prospective tenants. ? Arrange and accompany viewings in coordination with the Clients and Listing Coordinators. ? Finalizing the closing process with the tenant
