Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:As an experienced Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing projects within the organization. Your responsibilities will span from project planning to stakeholder engagement, resource management, and quality assurance. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring project success and aligning with our companys objectives.Project Leadership:

  • Lead and oversee all internal projects within the Infrastructure team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and external dependencies.
  • Manage the entire project life cycle from to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to achieve timely and successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Team Leadership:Build, mentor, and lead high-performing virtual project teams.Performance Monitoring:
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to address challenges and enhance service efficiency.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with ERH and other ER subsidiaries, as well as internal departments to coordinate project activities and ensure integration.
  • Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle, employing business performance improvement approaches and frameworks to ensure the timely execution of deliverables.
Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks and challenges, developing mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.
  • Proactively address issues to avoid delays in project timelines.
Timely Project Submission:
  • Ensure timely completion of all projects within the ERI team.
  • Proactively identify and address any potential delays in project timelines.
Passenger Train Project Management:
  • Play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of Passenger Train Project, addressing any project-related concerns in relation to ERI.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to enhance the efficiency of Passenger Train Project.
Desirable qualifications, skills, and experience
  • Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in project management, with a focus on internal projects / business change.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
