Senior ArchitectJob Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:•Lead architectural design and planning from concept through execution.•Review and approve detailed design drawings, specifications, and material selections.•Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.•Coordinate with structural, , and interior design teams to maintain design integrity.•Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is maintained.•Manage and mentor junior architects and design staff.•Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of projects.Requirements:•Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.•Minimum 8–10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a senior role.•Proven experience in large-scale commercial or residential projects in the UAE.•Strong knowledge of local authority approval processes (Dubai Municipality, ADM, etc.).•Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.•Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.Benefits:•Competitive salary based on experience.•Opportunity to work on landmark projects with a dynamic and professional team.
